Beth holds a Masters of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Oregon State University. With this degree she has extensive skill and experience in working with imagery and visualization, which is hallmark to HypnoBirthing.
Beth has work experience as a yoga instructor, Assistant Director of Campus Recreation at the University of Montana & Program Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Hailing from Bozeman, Montana, her goal is to help you create the birth experience that is right for you. She has three children who were born using this method, which is why she is excited and passionate about walking this path with you. And on a more personal note, Beth wants people to know that this method really does work! It's a great skill to have not just for labor and birth, but for things like stress & insomnia!
