Private classes are flexible to start any time and usually happen in the evenings or on weekends; whatever works in you and your birth companion's schedule. Birth companions are encouraged to attend class.
Classes are held at the Birth Center in Bozeman, MT or at your home, which ever location you will be most comfortable and able to relax.
Pro's of Group vs. Private classes:
Group classes are a great way to meet other mom's to be. By the end of class, you have a great support system and lots of friends for you and your little one to have play dates with.
Private classes are able to be tailored to your style, wants and needs. After class, you can continue to relax in the comfort of your home & not worry about having to go anywhere. Private classes work well with folks who have busy schedules and might not be able to make a regularly scheduled class. A private class is recommended if you think you might have to miss a week because it is hard to catch up on the material you've missed.
